Goldsboro is a 49 home community developed in the 1980s by Crowell and Baker, a premium builder in Montgomery County. It is self managed by the collective efforts of its residents. Through the election of a five-person Board of Directors, each serving a three-year term, residents actively participate in shaping the community's future.
